The How — I’m Looking to Find a Medical Space
Searching for the perfect New York City medical space for your practice can be just as stressful as looking for a forever home. At Practice Wheels we hope to change that by providing a convenient solution to tiring real estate searches.
If you’re looking to rent a medical space, simply select your profession (MD, Chiropractor, Dentist, Physical Therapist, etc.) and the type of space you’re looking for (part-time or full-time) to search our database of available properties. For more specific results you have the option to input additional search filters such as price range, your weekly availability, and the number of rooms you need for your practice.
The How — I’m Looking to Rent a Medical Space
Whether it’s exam rooms you can’t fill or an office space sitting empty part-time, unused medical space is a waste of time and money. At Practice Wheels we hope to change that by providing a convenient solution to empty offices and ballooning overhead costs.
If you’re looking to rent a medical space, simply choose from our available monthly plans. If you choose our full-service plan you will fill out a simple form providing us with your contact details and a member of our staff will be in touch within 24 hours to go over the details of your space and lease. From there you will provide us with photos of your space and we will take care of uploading all the information in your listing.
Our self-service plan differs slightly in that you will be responsible for creating your own listing and uploading all photos of your medical space. Our intake form will ask you to provide a tagline, location details, and the details of the lease such as start date, cost, and length options. Once you’ve entered this information you will need to decide who is best suited to the space. Then you will be given a chance to preview your listing before it goes live.
It’s as simple as that.
