Created for medical professionals by a medical professional, Practice Wheels was founded in 2019 by Dr. Mandy Kouroshnia, DDS, a family dentist and dentist anesthesiologist with a thriving practice located in midtown Manhattan.
A passionate advocate for young medical professionals, Dr. Kouroshnia first identified the need for a platform focused on medical rental spaces when she encountered a limitation of both medical spaces and short-term leases upon relocating to Manhattan. After she considered renting in another practice, Dr. Kouroshnia realized the extent of financial and logistical challenges faced by medical professionals looking for the perfect space to grow their practice. At the same time however, she noticed that many senior colleagues had offices that often sat empty as they reduced their work hours for one reason or another. By combining the needs of these two groups, Practice Wheels offers a unique solution for those looking to rent, share, or list medical space, as well as those looking for short-term lease options.
